LottoResulta is an independently run website. There is no company behind it, no office to visit and no phone line. Everything below reaches the same address.
If you are writing about a result, put the game, the draw date and the draw time in the subject line. A short message with the facts in it is answered fastest.
A result on this site is wrong
This is the message we most want to receive. Tell us the game, the draw date and time, the numbers as this site shows them and the numbers as PCSO announced them, with a link if you have one. We check it against the official announcement and correct it.
Every change made to a published result is then written down with the time and the reason. A number is never quietly rewritten. If you are deciding whether to claim a prize, do not wait for us: PCSO decides, not this site.
Publishers: attribution and removal
We read a small number of named publishers alongside PCSO's own announcements, and we name every one of them. If you publish one of those sources and want the way we credit you changed, or want us to stop reading you, write and say so and we will do it.
The same address takes a copyright or trade mark complaint. Result numbers are a public record and we publish them as facts, but a document, an image or a form of words is not, and we will remove anything of yours that we should not be carrying.
An API key
The results API is free and needs no key. If you need more than sixty requests a minute, say who you are and what you are building, and we will send you one.
Your personal data
Write here to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, or to withdraw a consent you gave, as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 provides. We answer within thirty days. The privacy policy sets out what we hold, which is very little: the site needs no account, the ticket checker runs in your browser and never sends your numbers to us, and saved numbers stay in your own browser.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission.
What we cannot do
- We cannot confirm that you have won. Only PCSO does that, and only PCSO or its authorized outlets pay.
- We do not sell tickets and we cannot buy one for you.
- We are not PCSO and cannot answer for it, change a result, or tell you anything about a draw before it happens.
- We never call, message or email a winner, and we never ask anybody for money. If somebody claiming to be LottoResulta asks you to pay something, it is fraud.
